About this cottage rental
Are you looking for cozy and quaint; a true cottage feel with all the updates? Look no further! We are 1 mile from Hammondsport and 1/2 mile from Champlin Beach. Close to wineries and breweries. This is a waterfront property less than 25 feet from water! Our cottage overlooks the beautiful and scenic crystal clear waters of Keuka Lake.
After a fun day at the lake or taking in one of the many local wineries and breweries enjoy a relaxing drink and take in the beautiful lake views on our furnished cover porch, upper furnish deck or our large dock. For cool evenings enjoy sitting by the water with our stone built firepit overlooking the lake.
The kitchen has all of the amenities that you need to cook tasty meals including a grill for outdoor cooking.
If you don't feel like cooking there are plenty of wonderful restaurants within five minutes of our home.
Other things to note:
(Disclosure: We cater to families and laid back vacationers. If you are looking for a party house, we would not be your destination. We want to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our guests as well as our neighbors).
This property DOES NOT offer sheets or bath towels. There are 2 queen beds a full and couch pulls out to queen sleeper. It DOES come with blankets and comforters. 3 kitchen towels and 2 bath hand towels. This cuts down on laundry and water usage. Thank you!
There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the cottage. If you have more than 2 vehicles you must park along the road at the top of the driveway please message where as each property has their own location and walk down the driveway. No more than 4 vehicles on our property please. There is a large dock as seen in pictures. Please contact me with any questions. If you have a boat or plan on renting a boat please contact me ahead of time for approval, as we keep our boat in our lift. Thanks!
There is a gas grill. And 2 kayaks for use during your stay. We also provide firewood for fires in the fire-pit by the water at night.

Perfect cottage right on the waters of Keuka Lake with great amenities including kayaks and a great dock. It's super for a peaceful getaway with the town of Hammondsport minutes away. Kari was very responsive to any questions and provided detailed instructions that made check in a breeze.

My family of four enjoyed staying in Hammondsport! This cottage is in a perfect location to restaurants, ice cream, and wineries! The covered boat lift provided excellent afternoon shade to enjoy the dock. The owner was amazing with communication!

"The location was amazing. The cottage was comfortable and decorated so nice.. Loved all the lake stuff. The furniture in the sitting areas was comfortable, even the chairs on the dock.
We loved being so close to the water and to town. We did a lot of new stuff this trip.

The road to the cottage was something else. Like a roller coaster.
