Great place

Perfect home for our recent stay. Great location, close to Tigertail Beach. Convenient to Collier Blvd. House had everything needed and has added a screen room in the pool area which was terrific! Can't wait to go back!!!

House was clean and pool was great. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and some pantry basics. Owner provided beach towels, umbrella, wagon, etc as well as pool toys. Nice selection of bikes. Owner was also a great communicator and quick with answers to questions. Our biggest complaint was that this really wasn’t walking distance to the beach. It was our first time on Marco so this is partly due to our lack of knowledge. Tigertail beach parking lot is just over a quarter mile but then it’s an additional 15 minute, quarter mile walk (no bikes allowed on beach either) from the lot to the oceanfront. South beach is a 10 minute ride and a shorter walk to beach but has limited parking. Both beaches have a 10 fee. So if you are looking to hang at a nice house with a pool, highly recommend! If morning shelling walks are your thing, this home may not be ideal.

Booking a house without reviews is scary but the house couldn’t have worked out better for our family. The house has lots of light and large patio doors giving it an indoor/outdoor feel. The dining on the patio is always shaded making it perfect for meals by the pool. The brand new grill was a bonus too!The house was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked (especially with it being a new rental). Plenty of towels and sheets. Our family really appreciated the beach wagon and backpack chairs because Tiger Tail Beach is a bit of a hike. We would stay in this rental again and it made our spring break week memorable!
