Marco Island Vacation Rental Home - A quick bike ride or walk to Tigertail Beach.
This is a split plan 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. Has a heated pool and garage. Fully furnished and has all of the amenities, kitchen cookware, and other things that make you feel at home while you're on vacation.
There is an electronic keyboard for guests use. One of the guest bedrooms has a desk for work or study use.
Our oversized backyard has lots of room for the family to play and have fun and overlooks the nature reserve at the rear of the property and therefore is very quiet and secluded. The lanai has plenty of seating so you can relax by the pool and enjoy the sun or escape to the shade under the large covered terrace
There is a shower on the pool lanai so you can rinse off after the pool or a day of fun at the beach.
Uniquely, our home is on the edge of the Marco Eagle Sanctuary. You can enjoy the amazing experience of watching many species of birds whilst you are floating in the pool or sitting on the lanai. Many of the birds are visitors to the trees in our large back yard. Our home is a 5 minute walk to Tigertail Beach which is home to many species of birds and animals and is included in the Florida Birding Trail.

What an amazing spot! Clean, spacious, and a perfect location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were tons of towels and check-in/check-out was easy. I only wish we had stayed longer. We would love to come back and spend more time in the pool, at the beach, and bird watching. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Just finished a week-long stay and our entire family loved this home. Everything is exactly as the photos show. Highlights are the great pool, lanai, and open floorplan. This home offers above average amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms as well as bicycles and beach equipment. Loni helped us check in to the house and was super responsive when needed. Highly recommend this home...we will be back!
