Located on Kurhausstraße in Warnemünde, within sight of the Baltic Sea beach, Villa "Diana" enjoys a central location next to the Kurhaus garden. From here, it’s just 200 meters to the beach promenade at the "Neptun" Hotel. Our vacation apartments “Windrose,” “Perle,” and “Koje” look forward to welcoming you. Dear guests, a warm welcome to Villa DIANA! We offer you a cozily furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, doctors, pharmacies, and restaurants. At Villa “Diana,” we offer a variety of tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent. Parking spaces are available on-site.
The “Windrose” vacation apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people, measures approximately 71 square meters, and spans the mezzanine and basement levels. It features a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, radio, CD player, DVD player, free Wi-Fi), a bedroom with a double bed and a “ 2.TV, ” a shower room with a hair dryer, a guest restroom, a storage room, and a terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers; it was renovated in 2024 and partially refurnished.
A parking space is available at the building for a fee.
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—all just around the corner.

Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Car parking space: €6.00 per night
