Enjoy your vacation in our vacation apartments “Vordeck,” "Captains-Suite," and "Ausguck" in the "Promenadenblick" building, right next to the Warnemünde lighthouse, offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and, in some cases, of ships entering and leaving the Alten Strom. Dear guests, welcome to the “Promenadenblick” building! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
From the “Vordeck” vacation apartment—newly renovated in 2022 and located on the 2nd floor—you can watch the sun sink into the sea beyond the lighthouse at the far end of the beach. It’s a view you’ll never forget. The Baltic Sea is just a stone’s throw away, and the “Am Alten Strom” promenade is less than 50 meters away. But you’re also guaranteed to feel right at home in the apartment itself. Kitchenette with dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator, and microwave; bathroom with shower and hair dryer. A flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi (free of charge) are, of course, included. With a total area of approximately 40 square meters, there is plenty of comfortable space for 2 adults.
Cozy living room, bedroom with a double bed and a second TV. The apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers. From the balcony-terrace (divided into two sections), you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. From the bedroom, you can see the Alter Strom.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, the Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
At Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us,
starting at 6 €/night(if available).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked
parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons (only if the severely disabled person 100% and has a registered disability
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers passing through, locals
Additional services bookable directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- Dog/walking area: €5.00 per night
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
