Villa "Diana" is centrally located on Kurhausgarten in Kurhausstraße in Warnemünde, within sight of the Baltic Sea beach. From here, it’s about 200 meters to the beach promenade at the "Neptun" Hotel. Our three vacation apartments—“Perle,” “Windrose,” and “Koje”—await you. Dear guests, a warm welcome to Villa DIANA! We offer you a cozy, comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping opportunities, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and restaurants. At Villa “Diana,” we offer a variety of tastefully furnished vacation apartments for rent. Parking spaces are available on-site.

High-quality 3-room “Perle” vacation apartment for up to 2 people, with a free parking space on-site. This bright, comfortable 72-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and features a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a dining room decorated in a nautical style, a hallway, a kitchen (with a fridge-freezer combo), and a bathroom with a shower. The living room, bedroom, and kitchen are each equipped with cable TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to pamper your loved ones. On the spacious southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon sun, or on hot days, you can relax in the well-maintained inner garden. Here, in a shaded seating area away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort, you can unwind with a glass of wine. The vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers.

The initial amenities for the apartment include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet owners with only one small dog weighing up to 8 kg are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Tourist tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or higher: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or higher), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and has a registered disability
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:

- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
