From the cozy Mole vacation apartment on the first floor of the small apartment building at Alexandrinenstraße 91, it’s about 200 meters to the beach promenade. You can almost see the Warnemünde lighthouse. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
From the cozy “Mole” vacation apartment on the first floor of the small apartment building on Alexandrinenstraße, it’s about 200 m to the beach promenade.
The train station is a 10-minute walk away. The approximately 59 m² apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a large, lovingly furnished living room with a sleeper sofa, TV/DVD/radio/CD player, free Wi-Fi, and a dining area. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The entire apartment features high-quality PVC flooring and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The vacation rental is designed for 2–3 people and is reserved for non-smokers.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
