About this apartment rental
The old beach villa "Undine," located right on the Warnemünde promenade, was completely renovated in the 1990s. The beach access is right across the street. A bus stop and shopping are just a few minutes’ walk away. You’ll love the cozy vacation apartments “Caroline,” “Meerzeit,” and “Achterdeck,” each with a balcony and its own parking space. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
Right on the Warnemünde promenade, the old beach villa “Undine” was completely modernized in the 1990s. The beach access is right across the street. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. You’ll love the cozy, south-facing vacation apartments “Caroline” and “Achterdeck,” each with a balcony and a private parking space. You can also book the “Meerzeit” vacation apartment in the building, which offers a magnificent view of the sea.
The “Caroline” vacation apartment on the 1st floor features a living room with cable TV, radio, CD player, and DVD player; free Wi-Fi; a bedroom with a double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer, as well as a south-facing balcony, with a living area of approximately 55 square meters. The built-in kitchen includes a stove with an oven and a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are, of course, provided. The apartment features parquet flooring throughout and is reserved for non-smokers.
A private parking space at the building is available free of charge. You can easily reach your vacation apartment via the building’s elevator (not suitable for wheelchair users due to stairs in front of the building entrance).
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linens package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
You can also rent our “Achterdeck” and “Meerzeit” vacation apartments in the same building.

Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to 5 years old, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
