Apartment 13 - Residences on the church square

The apartment in Warnemünde can accommodate up to three people. It features a separate bedroom, an open-concept living and kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. An extra bed can be set up in the living area. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property and is included in the rental price. Towels and bed linens are also provided and included.



The vacation apartments in Warnemünde are true residences. They are located on Kirchenplatz, right in the heart of the old town. The building has been renovated, and the residences are very exclusive and furnished with great attention to detail.

From here, you can quickly walk through Warnemünde’s Kurpark to the promenade or the Baltic Sea beach. The promenade along Warnemünde’s Alter Strom is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Right on Kirchenplatz and in the side streets, there are wonderful cafés where you can enjoy a great breakfast. And the restaurants along the Alter Strom offer a wide variety of dishes, from fish to Bohemian dumplings.

A parking space can be reserved with the property owner no later than 1 week before arrival. The parking garage fee is currently approx. 15 EUR



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
