The space is very good
Some things were not clean, like the cutlery, plates, bowls but worst of all was the coffee maker/ drip coffee maker, it had mould in it with used and old coffee grounds🥴
The apartment also is supposed to come with an iron but didn’t. When asked owner said he didn’t need to pass me one but did it anyway, which is nice but rather have the iron in the first place. No big deal overall

Квартира чистая и удобная, хороший ремонт. Удобная кровать, хорошее постельное белье. Хорошо оборудования кухня. Дополнительные пледы и одеяла. Есть рабочее место, где присесть с компьютером.
Хозяин настаивал на переписке в WatsApp. Кроме того, мы довольно долго ждали хозяина у входа при передаче ключей. При встрече хозяин был слишком многословен и давал долгие инструкции. Квартира недостаточно ухоженная: утюг со склонным носиком, раковина в ванне забивается, слив в душе сделан так, что вода переливается и затапливает весь пол. Мы подкладывали валик из полотенца. Совершенно нет полок для одежды.

Właściciel Giuseppe to wspaniały człowiek. Nasz lot się opóźnił i dojechaliśmy późnym wieczorem około 23.30. Giuseppe przyjechał bez problemu pokazać i wytłumaczyć wszystko. Co się później okazało następnego dnia musiał wstać do pracy o 4 rano więc to pokazuje jego zaangażowanie. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Kilka minut spacerem do Stacji Garibaldi więc łatwy dostęp do metra i kolei circumvesuviana. Budownictwo to stara kamienica, na ulicach brudno ale to Neapol i trzeba chyba poprostu zaakceptować.

Excellent location, contemporary furniture etc
We were unable to open shutters and windows more than a couple of inches because of long term scaffolding, also thirty plus steps despite lift. Needed lights on at all times
