Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment intéressant. Le logement correspond à l'annonce. L'hôte est réactif.
Grande proximité avec la gare centrale de Naples et avec le port. Appartement relativement propre.
Le logement est assez éloigné du centre historique. Pour ma part, nous souhaitions davantage visiter les alentours de Naples (Pompéi, Vésuve et les îles), de cette manière le logement offre une proximité agréable avec la gare et le port. Cependant, si vous souhaitez davantage visiter le centre et ses musées, cela est beaucoup moins pratique d'accès.
Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvé que l'appartement manquait peut-être de certains équipements : du sel et du poivre, du shampoing et du gel douche et des torchons principalement.
Dernier bémol : les appartements sont particulièrement mal isolés entre eux. Cependant il reste bien isolé avec la rue.

Tutto benissimo. Letto a castello favoloso e comodissimo. Pulizia ottima. C'era pure il ferro da stiro e la tavola. La cucina ben fornita. Le finestre danno su un cortile quindi niente rumori da fuori. Il proprietario gentile, disponibile via WhatsApp, abbiamo fatto il check-in in anticipo. È stato tutto perfetto.
Sciocchezza, ma la metà dei canali TV prende male. Ci sarebbe da rivedere il decoder/antenna

Der Host und das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich. Der Host hat auf Nachfragen zügig reagiert. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.
Das Treppen Haus mit seinem Fahrstuhl war sehr interessant und ist ein Erlebnis wert.
Es gibt kein scharfes Messer in der Küche was das kochen deutlich erschwert.
Da wir im Februar/März da waren und man nur mit der Klimaanlage heizen kann hatte man nachts die Wahl zwischen Kalt oder Lärm (zum Glück haben wir auf Anfrage eine weitere decke bekommen)
Der Kühlschrank war leider auch etwas zu laut für meinen Geschmack.
