Luxury Apartment in Central City

Nagyon jó helyen van, kb. 3 percre a főpályaudvartól Egészen hasonló, mint a képeken. Tiszta volt, felszerelt. Pár napos városnéző túrához ideális, mi szinte csak aludni jártunk oda. A környéken vannak kisebb élelmiszerboltok, kávézók, éttermek.

Nem minden működött. A kávéfőzőt nem tudtuk használni, illetve a fürdőszobára ráférne egy kis karbantartás.

Die Lage war sehr gut und wir konnten von dort aus gut unsere Touren planen. Alles was für eine komfortable Unterkunft nötig ist, war vorhanden. Das Badezimmer sowie das Bett waren sauber. Da wir die Unterkunft nur zum duschen und schlafen genutzt haben, war für uns die Sauberkeit in diesen beiden Bereichen am wichtigsten. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host verlief sehr gut und unkompliziert. Im großen und ganzen war diese Unterkunft okay für unsere Bedürfnisse. Preis-Leistung war gut.

Ein paar Stellen an den Wänden erfordern Aufmerksamkeit. Bohrlöcher sind nicht komplett geschlossen und es gibt ein großes Spinnennetz in der Ecke oben im Wohnzimmer das den Gesamteindruck nicht sehr „luxury“ wirken lässt. Der Handtuchhalter im Bad hängt von der Wand, kann jedoch benutzt werden. Wifi ist zwar vorhanden aber recht langsam.

It was located very close to the station with restaurants close by. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the centro storico. We were able to leave our suitcases before we check-in.

The "welcome" message says that the host would welcome us and give us lots of information but, although we were able to enter to leave our bags early, the man gave us the keys and quickly disappeared without any information about the location. I was asked to pay the 20 euros tourist tax in cash but, when I asked for a receipt, I was told I would receive it later. I messaged the host on Whatsapp the next day and asked for a receipt. They said they would send it but I am still waiting. The apartment is located within a very run-down building. There was a notice at the front door that stated that the Administrator has been unable to clean the building because no one has paid the condominium fees. The floors are broken, with missing tiles and there are some large cracks in the tiles on the upper floors. The advert states that it is a "luxurious" property but it was very very basic. Although the apartment seemed clean (bathroom and kitchen area) the floors within the apartment were filthy and we actually had to mop them ourselves. The most concerning part was the water boiler (gas). It is located within the bathroom and we could smell gas. The host did resolve the issue when we contacted them but it is very concerning that there was no ventilation. We had to leave the bathroom window wide open to ventilate any risk of carbon monoxide poisoning,
