Nema parking

Dobra lokacija, lijepo uređeno

Upućeno desetak poziva na dva različita broja mobitela prije nego smo uspjeli kontaktirati nekoga za ulazak. Kada sam se domaćinu s prvog broja požalila da se žena čiji mi je broj dao ne javlja, njegov komentar je bio "Ma samo Vi zovite, javit će se". Ukupno je prošlo više od 40 minuta otkad smo stigli na lokaciju dok smo odnijeli prtljagu u apartman. To bi bio manji problem da nismo bili na mjestu na kojem nije dozvoljeno parkiranje osim stanarima. Max. zaustavljanje je 10 minuta pa smo čekajući da se domaćica javi na poziv morali napraviti nekoliko krugova autom. Domaćicu to nije briga jer je, kada se napokon javila, i sama rekla da je max. zaustavljanje 10 min pa da stiže za 5 min, a ipak stiže nakon više od 15 min. Nadam se da neću dobiti kaznu jer će mi inače ovaj boravak ostati u još gorem sjećanju. Najveći problem tek slijedi. Iako se apartman oglašava da ima parking, nema ga. Obmanjujuće je napisati da imate parking, a onda goste uputiti na javni parking udaljen 7 minuta vožnje autom, to zaista nije blizu. Po toj logici apsolutno svaki apartman u Umagu ima parking. Meni je bilo jako važno da mi smještaj ima parking i rekla sam domaćici da mi je to bio prvi filter koji sam postavila kada sam tražila smještaj. Domaćica nije uopće htjela prihvatiti moju kritiku da bi trebali navesti u oglasu da je parking udaljen 10 minuta vožnje autom već me prekinula usred rečenice i ispravila da nije 10 nego 7 minuta. Tako valjda kaže google maps u trenutku kada na cesti nema nikoga. Nije problem nemati parking, ali problem je napisati da ga imate, ako ga nemate. Sve ovo se moglo izbjeći da se u oglasu iskreno napisalo kako funkcionira parking, ali domaćici se takva ideja ne sviđa. Apartman površno čist, u hladnjaku užasno smrdi, posteljina previše našpricana BIS mirisom zbog kojeg odmah posumnjam u njenu čistoču, najneudobniji krevet na kojem sam ikada spavala. Trebali bi promijeniti madrac jer doslovno ima pad prema sredini kreveta.

Modern und mittig im Altstadt

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Studio Six ist ein sehr schönes Apartment – modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch waren die zwei Fahrräder, die uns viele Kilometer zu Fuß erspart haben. Die Innenstadt ist toll und wir konnten dort unsere Zeit wunderbar vertreiben. Das Bett ist eher weich – perfekt für alle, die das mögen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

A lovely little apartment in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It was wonderful to have use of the bikes.

The parking was several minutes walk away and difficult to find a space within it. Not clear in the description.

Appartamento carino e moderno in una posizione ottima.

Staff completamente assente, non abbiamo visto la proprietaria né per il check in né per il check out. Il parcheggio in realtà è quello in riva a Umago (7 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento) e in certi momenti era pieno e non sapevamo dove lasciare la macchina nei dintorni. La stanza era carina ma molto piccola, non c'erano nemmeno i comodini vicino al letto. Mancavano anche i prodotti da bagno in omaggio, c'era solo il sapone per le mani e un unico rotolo di carta igienica. Attenzione che la rete WiFi non è quella indicata nel quadro (la password è corretta ma il nome della rete è un altro).

Blizina centra, ali mirna lokacija. Restorani i kafici su u neposrednoj blizini. Odusevila nas je malena grijalica za kupaonicu. Gospođa koja nas je uputila u app je bila jako ljubazna.

Nije bilo privatnog parkinga. Samo besplatni javni glavni parking uz rivu.

Perfect stay super modern and comfortable

Very nice studio with very friendly people. All facilities were available and very modern and super clean. This is really a gem!!! Would recommend this property highly.

Parking was a bit of a challenge: we went in September and even than the free parking spaces were all taken and double parking was taking place everywhere. We had to walk about 1 km to the parking space we found on both days we stayed. There is a dolce gusto coffee machine but bring your own capsules. We didn't buy any because we only stayed 2 days and have a Nespresso at home, but this is a minor detail.
