Welcome to Apartment 28 in Building 3 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!

This cozy 3-room apartment, furnished with pine furniture, features a popular corner location with 2 separate bedrooms, each with windows, as well as a living room with an adjoining kitchenette—perfect for a family of four!

In the children’s room, a bunk bed (each 0.90 × 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and linen closets await the little Baltic Sea vacationers.
The master bedroom features a spacious double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe with a mirror for your vacation wardrobe.
The en suite bathroom features a shower with a fixed shower screen, a heated towel rack, and a lighted mirror cabinet with an outlet.
The fully equipped new kitchenette features a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
At the large dining table in the living room, you can eat together, play games, and enjoy each other’s company. The cozy upholstered sofa is perfect for cozy evenings. A flat-screen TV is available here for your entertainment.
From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony, where you can soak up the sun from morning until late afternoon and listen to the sound of the sea. From here, you can enjoy a partial ocean view from the third floor on both sides.

You can quickly and easily (and without crossing a street) reach the “Kinderinsel” children’s entertainment area and the pier forecourt via the newly built promenade.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.

The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
