A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be paid along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

In the living area, which opens onto the balcony, you’ll find a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio with CD, USB, and Bluetooth, and a dining area with plenty of seating.
The master bedroom features a large box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The children’s room has a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a closet as well. The functional shower room offers plenty of space for your toiletries in addition to the shower.
The building has a coin-operated washing machine and a clothes dryer. There is a bicycle storage room in the basement.
