Kallen checked me in upon arrival and was very personable and friendly. Kallen mentioned the times for breakfast in the morning, as well as the location of the gym and access to coffee all day. When I discovered that my room seemed to be occupied by another guest, Kallen quickly resolved the issue with a clean room on another floor. When my co-worker and I checked out, we weren't anticipating coming back to the hotel that afternoon for a virtual meeting. I was wondering how we would be able to access Wi-fi for our meeting, but Kallen came to the rescue and made sure we were able to get on our call.
I would have appreciated better signage at the street level for finding the hotel. It was a little hard to see where to turn when arriving at night when it's dark and being unfamiliar with the location.

They had said that there would be a few more choices, like bacon and other things
I had to ask for amenities. They did not tell me any unless I asked about them. To me I would be touting our FREE breakfast and pool and hot tub, if you have those things. Not have to wait for someone to ask about them.

We had a strange experience at this hotel. We got there at about 1:30am and went to check in, and no one was at the front desk. We kept waiting thinking they were working on something, then we started looking around the place to see if we could find someone. Then I started calling a few times, hoping it rang somewhere other than the front desk but apparently not. After about 30 minutes I started getting worried that the person was hurt or sick somewhere. I ended up calling Hilton corporate help and she tried calling them too but I could just hear the front desk phone ringing for 10 minutes. Then she came back on and told me she couldn’t cancel my reservation to stay somewhere else, the hotel would have to do it or I’d lose my money. So after 45 minutes of waiting, I started calling Booking for help when the front desk guy finally came out of some room and said “hopefully you guys haven’t been waiting long”. Maybe he was dealing with a health issue or something but they should probably have phones they can carry around with them. And it was way too expensive for such a tiny room.
