When we arrived the desk clerk, Hayden was very welcoming! We were traveling with friends, and he was able to get our rooms close to each other, which many hotels do not even try. He took the time to tell us about surrounding restaurants/ pizza delivery, etc.....Our rate was great, and the hotel was very nice! The breakfast was excellant and the ladies preparing the food and cleaning up the area were very professional and helpful! We will definitely stay here if we come back to this area!
There was nothing that we did not like.

Hayden was at the desk the night we checked in and was excellent! He went above and beyond to put us 3 couples rooms near each other. Polite, friendly and very accommodating! We would give this place an 11 out of 10!
We liked it all

Pretty easy to find. Not far from the center of Gaylord. We’ve stayed here before and it remains a clean, comfortable stay. Morning breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, pastries, waffles, sausage patties. In room coffee maker a plus.
Didn’t have any issues.
