The hospitality was incredible. The helpfulness of booking a tour, onward bus tickets, best place to change money, best place to get a Sim etc etc was above and beyond. Such a warm and welcoming place. I couldn’t imagine staying in a better place for the first night in Vietnam after leaving Cambodia.

what I loved about this property is 100% how helpful the owners were from the moment we walked in. It felt like we were being truly looked after they helped us book our transfer to the Cambodian border. They provide us information about the local area as well as hiring us a taxi to take us to all the local sites. They even made us breakfast the following day free of charge which was not included they were honestly from start to finish the most accommodating generous and kind people my family and I were travelling around Vietnam and it was our first backpacking type holiday and the hospitality was by far the best we had the whole time we were away I will never forget staying there.

Good sized room with natural light & large comfortable bed. Location decent, with an easy walk to the river, markets, bus depot, food & drink options. Attached cafe did good coffee.

The negative issues included, no soap, no complimentary bottled water, towels were tiny, electrical plugs dodgy, air conditioner lacking power to cool, supplied remote for flat screen had no batteries, toilet paper holder was empty on arrival but there was a spare roll. Bathroom floor wet on arrival & no light in lift which was good but tiny. The managing lady was very stern. All noted but property was adequate & clean. Reasonable rate.
