Jungle House Kep

The Jungle House Kep is a rustic and open layout place, just 10 min. walk to the beach in a very relaxing and local village, nearby the national park. The place has bungalows in the garden and rooms in the main house, spacious and well furnished with a big comfortable bed and big windows. The hosts and family are very friendly and helpful and they keep a flexible check in which is very helpful for early arrivals.

The only thing I had a little problem with was the warm temperature in the room as the fan is very gentle and it doesn't put out cool air. And being with nature around you have to deal with lots of little insets in the air mostly at night.

Good location near beach and crab market. Peaceful. Comfortable bed. Free real coffee. Access to kitchen.

Shared toilet. Kitchen quite dirty.

We enjoyed the company of the owner and her friends. She cooked us very tasty meals and gave us a couple of beers. It is in a good location with an easy walk to the beach. The garden is best described as a jungle as in the name of the GH.

The bathroom could have done with a clean and even some restoration.

Cheap for a reason. Pretty run down in both the room and shared bathroom. Both need really good cleans. Mosquito net had holes in it so we kept getting bitten in the night. Only one wall socket which was occupied by the fan at night, which didn’t do a lot, the room was sweltering. These were the main reasons we cut our trip short here
