About this house rental
Wonderful apartment, completely renovated in 2020 with a view and private access to the lake and to the exclusive outdoor space for guests.
The apartment can accommodate from 3 to 5 people.
It's on two floors, ground floor bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and terrace overlooking the lake, attic floor n. 01 double bedroom. N.01 bedroom with single bed and bathroom with shower.
In the daily price are included wi-fi, satellite TV, linen and towels, free parking, AC and of course a wonderful welcome basket.
Nearby, there are restaurants, supermarket, water ski school and weakboard, boat dock that connects Lezzeno to Bellagio, Como and many other small characteristic villages (which I highly recommend to visit), bus stop, pharmacy.
The management provides shopping on request with free home delivery and of course reservations in typical restaurants and very characteristic of our small but charming country.
Emanuela will be happy to give you any kind of advice and organize for you excursions by E-Bike with guide, excursions by sailing boat with skipper and aperitif, guide for shopping Milan / Lugano, driver and if you wish, why not cooking school with chef at home.
Excluded from the daily price are:
Tourist tax € 2.00 per day per person, max 7 days excluding children under 11;
Heating, in winter months, on consumption € 10.00 per day;
Ac € 10.00 per day;
Extra people € 25.00 per person per night:
Linen change weekly € 40.00;
Housekeeping upon request weekly € 25.00;;
In case of check in after hours a penalty of
€ 50.00 until 22.00;
€ 70.00 until 00.00;

Our family of four stayed 4 nights here. The apartment is clean and perfect for our family. The views are amazing! You have access to a very nice patio on the lake as well. This is a gem- really a great apartment on the lake. Emi is wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed a week looking at the lake, in the lovely apartment. Very clean and modern. Within .7 mile stroll to a great restaurant, Crotto del Misto.

The apartment was fantastic and had even better views of lake como than we expected. Everything was also as listed and we loved our morning coffee and night sits on the balcony.
Only thing was it was not very simple to get to or get around via buses as we had hoped. Would be best to have a car when staying at this location
