Or original hotel was cancelled so I I booked this last minute and it was much better than a hotel.

The location was really close to the stadium. It was comfortable and the price was good.

apartment could of been nice , although we had to buy our own toilet paper as there wasn’t any , the upstairs sink looked like someone’s had brushed there teeth in it and not rinsed away the spit , there was no bedding on the quilt covers or mattresses , there was one normal sized towel and 2 small towels to share between a group of 6 and the sink was full of wine glasses when we arrived , no instructions of who to meet or where to collect the key from on arrival , just a London number to call saying someone will call you ( never happened? until some people told us where to get the key from (letter box in lobby) absolutely disgusting that they have the audacity to charge £716 for a 2 night stay !!

Short but sweet all in all

The location of the property was fantastic, beside Old Trafford which was the purpose of our trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we were delayed flying over and couldn’t check in until after midnight and this was no issue although we did have to pay an extra £50 this was fine.

could do with some maintenance, loose bathroom tiles which could have caused a painful accident in bare feet for the kids. A window handle taped up etc

I liked the style of the apartment and the location

Wasn’t please with the cleanliness, I am a cleaner myself and I do properties like your own and I would never dream leaving it how it was left. The glass was smeary, there was marks/scuffs all over the walls, there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher and also we had wooden forks.. this isn’t acceptable for the price we paid. We couldn’t even use the shower due to other peoples hairs all over it. The doors were absolutely filthy all over so I don’t know how long they’ve not been properly cleaned for.

Good location, nice modern decor, good local amenities i.e. shops nearby, close to trams but actual property and management rather disappointing.

Late check in due to maintenance being carried out and no apology. Lack of cleanliness - bins not emptied, dirty tea towels and sofa bed. Not enough cutlery provided and no drinking glasses or hand wash provided. Only one set of keys provided, even after requesting another set. Lack of communication with host and poor customer service. Dangerously loose floor tile in bathroom - raised this issue and was promised a call back and issue would be rectified but nothing followed. Certainly not value for money.

Bathroom exhaust did not work. Bedsheets were not very clean. Flat access was blocked on our check out day due to Manchester marathon and it was not communicated to us by the owner. Lifts did not work (for 1 day only)

Perfect! Well worth it, and i will be back.

Location, modern finishes. Ease of drop off and pick up of keys. Ash the host was very accomodating and offered alot of advise re the stasher app.

If there could be an extra set of linen it would have been good.

This is a comfortable and handy flat inefficiently managed by a remote agency.

The flat is in a nice building, and the place is in very good shape. The building is close to a tram stop, so it was easy to get to the city center and connect to other modes of transportation. If not for our troubles in communicating with the property managers, I would rate the stay much higher.

The person who was to meet us at the property at check-in time was one hour late. I called the managing company (who I believe is based in London, not Manchester) several times during this wait. Each time, I was promised either that their local agent was 10 minutes away or that I'd receive a call within a few minutes. After 10 minutes without anyone showing up or calling, I'd call them back. Each time, I'd reach a new person and we'd start from scratch. It was starting to feel like a scam. Everyone on the phone was polite and professional, but there seems to be a limit on how effective the remote control model of property management can be. I'll note that I had gotten a message warning me that I'd be charged extra if I was late for check-in. This context, combined with some extreme travel fatigue, made the check-in experience quite frustrating. I had a similarly inefficient set of phone calls with the management when we had a problem with the flat's front doorknob. The problem was repaired quickly, though.
