-10 minute walk to the Endymion Mardi Gras parade
-10 minute walk to Voodoo fest
-10 minute walk to Jazzfest
-3 minute drive to Rouses grocery or Wholefoods
-10 minute walk to Canseco's local grocery
-10 minute walk to the Esplanade strip with bars and restaurants or in the other direction along the bayou there’s multiple bars and pubs
-8 minute walk to the blue bike rentals and a 5 minute bike ride from the Lafitte Greenway which takes you downtown or the bayou bike path that will take you to the lakefront.

Kitchen - Newly Renovated w/ stainless steel appliances and quartzite counters. Includes dishwasher, Keurig machine and all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal.
Backyard – Very Rare! Private yard with both green space and a raised back porch with comfortable furniture and beautiful plants. You’re likely to hear passing live music from where you’re perched back here.
Master Bedroom – Queen size, high-end mattress with high end linen as well as a second level loft with a full size bed.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the hallway with detergent provided.
Parking: Several on street parking spaces are available but we recommend parking in the two spots right out front. Please see parking details with your check in information.
*Complimentary coffee, shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided. There is an ironing board, iron and standing clothes steamer available for you to use.

First, I want to say that Dustin is an amazing host. The property had everything we needed and it being up to date (modern), made it even better for us. Street parking was plentiful! We loved Dustin place so much that we actually wanted to stay one more day. Sadly, we had to head back home to Virginia. Next time we visit, Dustin place will certainly be first choice.

Home away from home. This is a peaceful, friendly neighborhood. The house has absolutely everything needed and provides a tranquil respite at the end of the day. We will absolutely return.

We were really pleased with unit, neighborhood, and owner experience. The neighborhood felt very safe and had lots of quality entertainment/conveniences within walking distance, especially for such a residential neighborhood.
