Walking distance to the streetcar and close to everything you need to have a true New Orleans experience! Whether you want to take a 7 minute Uber or Car Ride to the French Quarter or walk to local grocery stores, the choice is yours! Located 2 blocks from University Medical Center and One Block Behind the World Famous Canal Street! Perfect for Mardi Gras Parades
We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Great location for visitors to the Monday amazing city in the US! Streetcar line runs 1 block away, easy to get to the French Quarter, City Park, and Morning Call for the begniets and coffee in town! Several good restaurants in the neighborhood are walkable. If you have questions about safety, you'll have those anywhere. As with any other neighborhood in any city, just be alert. It's a quiet residential neighborhood.The owner no longer lives next door but property management is very responsive.Furnishings and essentials are great! Do be alert to the layout, it's not a true shotgun house, since it's only the 3 bedrooms that are directly connected, but that's described well in the listing.This is a terrific property. Highly recommended for a visit to NOLA!

I really enjoyed my stay at this home. Very spacious, quiet neighborhood and well maintained. Anyone looking to stay in New Orleans should definitely check out this location. You will not regret it. Best home away from home that I’ve had in a long time.

Great location, beautiful house. All the rooms were clean with solid, comfortable beds. The kitchen is a strength, making cooking and eating in an easy choice.

TV did not have batteries we had to get some to get one to work and coffee pot is old and antiquated (Mr. Coffee). We could not remember how to use it and it made a mess. We were also bitten by some type of bug within the apartment.Loved the location.
