Very nice 3 bedroom 4 bed house. Nice kitchen, but lacks a dining room table for family dinners or games. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the Fairgrounds (about 1 mile)

We rented this for Jazzfest. Convenient location and a safe neighborhood (we’re 60-something’s and never thought there was something to worry about. New inside and very clean. One thing it doesn’t have is a big dining room table (which would have been nice for dinners and playing games), but there was a center island and 6 stools to gather around and peel crawfish. Kitchen was well stocked, except it didn’t have any spices. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will stay here again for future Jazzfest.

This is a good spot to stay just outside town, close enough to be convenient but far enough to not be bothered by the crowds. The rooms are spacious and neat. My only complaint is that they only provided us with 3 towels for our group of 5 and did not respond to requests for more. Thankful for the laundry machines and soap, so we could cycle use. Other than that a very comfortable stay.

We were close to everything. 10 to 15 minutes away depending on traffic. The place was very clean and beautiful. It has an alarm system but we never set it. Friendly neighbors as well. Would recommend staying here.
