Back half of a duplex with off street parking close to downtown and New Hanover Medical Center. This unit is quiet and off the beaten path. A perfect location to work from. Pets are welcome. 8 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from New Hanover Hospital, 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, 20 minutes from Carolina Beach.

We are a couple building a house nearby and enjoyed this very roomy, very quiet two bedroom one bath apartment for 6 weeks waiting for our house to be finished. So easy to get to anywhere in Wilmington. It's an older neighborhood and very unique. Manager Sara was always responsive.

We were 10 blocks from the old town in Wilmington and 10 miles from Wrightsville Beach. It was a great place to stay, especially for our older dog, who has to have special travel considerations. Thank you!
