Let our Beach House be yours. Whether it's a fun family getaway or a romantic hideaway you will love our home with its beautiful modern coastal furnishings. Hit the Beach House is located at Pelican's Roost complex just off the main road and only minutes from the beach. Hit the Beach House is ready for it’s second year in vacation rentals making memories to last a lifetime! Walk into our ready-to-entertain, clean, and neatly organized home with a blend of coastal décor which infuse the light-filled living space with calm.
The space
The space features blended living and dining areas with an open kitchen. Living room and kitchen are welcomed by high ceilings, coastal decor, and grey hardwood flooring. Centering the living room is a large flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy after a fun filled day at the beach. A welcome snack tray & souvenirs of your stay at the Hit the Beach House. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need from cooking your catch of the day to Keurig coffee maker coffee for your mornings. The beautiful kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for three.
Hit the Beach House includes a small grass yard for the comfort of your four-legged family members. The master suite offers a plush king size bed and smart flat screen TV. Clean lines and warm furnishings finish off this spectacular room. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed that is a perfect sleeping experience for all ages. Let the kids enjoy their own space in the kids nook with a twin over twin bunk bed. Need more? The living room sofa transforms into a queen size bed for a living room family hang out or to sleep maximum guests. We wish you lots of south Texas sunshine but if your trip has less than favorable weather no worries, just use the outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand and enjoy both children's and adult games stocked for you within the home including table tennis, large Jenga blocks, board, and card games. It doesn't stop there. The garage is NOT off limits, brilliantly equipped Bluetooth speaker and party lights for dancing the evening away with your friends or that slow romantic sway with your lover. The amenities still don't stop! This is the best setup if you're traveling with pups. There's a great dog run in back and the side yard has access to water. The fences provide shade, but we also brought a tent which fit perfectly in the dog run. 'This condo is also super quick hop to all the restaurants and shopping in town, but was nice and quiet given its location and neighboring properties.

This is a great location and perfect condo for two couples. It also has a couple of bunk beds if you bring along kiddos. Everything was clean and perfect for our visit.

The furnishing of the unit was nice. The property had clearly not been professionally clean IN A WHILE! Everything was dusty! The lights, the furniture, everything we touched…..
I had to reach under the bed to get my sons pacifier and the amount of dust, dog hair and nasty made me wear shoes the rest of the weekend. There was a huge finger nail under the bed right next to where I would have set my feet when I wake up in the morning. We
moved the coffee table to open up the pull out bed and there were chewed
dog toys…… So, yes the place welcome let’s but I don’t want to stay amongst other dogs pet hair in my sheets and in the shower.
Next, there is huge bright flood light that shines into both bedrooms…. so good luck getting a good nights sleep….. there is zero window coverings besides the blinds so you can’t get rid of this light. The beds only have a sheet and quilt. We were freezing and uncomfortable. There were two spare blankets in the master that looked like they had been used 1,000 times and were probably twin sized.
so needless to say the bedding was not snuggly and comforting whatsoever.
Lastly, the property is not walk-ing distance to the beach, easy access, close or gold-cart friendly.
We appreciated the cute welcome pack and the fun garage but not enough to stay here again.
