A Pirate's Life is located in the Pirates Bay community. This newly built home offers all the amenities you will need to enjoy a relaxing destination getaway! This luxurious home has two master suites! As you enter through the private breezeway, you are greeted with soothing colors and elegant décor. The well-stocked kitchen has everything a cook might need to prepare the local catch of the day, including a built-in ice maker. The dining room has ample seating and additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. The first master bedroom (BR1) is located off the living room and has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, nightstands, and a bench at the foot of the bed. This king master has a luxurious spa-style walk-in shower with double shower heads as well as dual sinks with makeup lighting. The second-floor master bedroom (BR2) also has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, nightstands, a dresser, and a reading nook with an accent chair. The bathroom off this bedroom has a stand-alone shower with a glass door. The third bedroom (BR3) has two twin bunks with railings and steps instead of a ladder – more convenient than a traditional bunk – plus a trundle bed and TV. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower. An additional half bathroom is located on the main floor. All linens & towels are furnished, just bring your beach towels. Just in case you need a port a-crib, this unit has one. There is a full-sized washer and dryer at the end of the hall downstairs. This three-bedroom home is steps away from one of the two shared community pools. There is a charcoal BBQ, a second refrigerator, and an ice maker with an ice maker that makes ice just like Sonic in the oversized garage. Come enjoy the Pirate's Life!

Overall this was a great condo. The best was the layout. We had a family of 7 and it worked perfectly. The best part is the 2 king bedrooms that are large with private bathrooms for each room and the 1/2 bath downstairs. We loved the use of the garage however there was a powerful odor of cat urine in there so using it for the design they had (table/chairs/hangout area) wasn't able to be used that way due to the smell but it was very nice having the garage to use for storing all our beach items and Jeep doors (we go topless with our Jeep when we come down). We also felt the kitchen layout worked well. It was large enough for several of us at once. There were plenty of utensils and small appliances. We also appreciated the soaps/trashbags/lotion/etc. they provided. We also received a credit for beach gear which we used and it was very handy not having to bring chairs for the beach. I mentioned to the company that the A/C in the smaller upstairs room wasn't working well but we purchased a fan and made the best of it. The other king room upstairs was comfortable so I believe something malfunctioned. The only downside to this property is the close proximity to the neighbor (who we had to call the police for due to loud music at midnight), not being able to take a golf cart from the property to the beach, and the small pool area. The pool area looked nice but it was full due to the number of units allowed to use the pool so you never really had room to use it. Overall great stay!

The house is so cute! Exactly as pictured. Pillows were nice, beds were comfortable, everything worked, kitchen is well stocked, decor was cute, furniture was comfy. All 6 of us adult ladies were pleasantly surprised and hope to stay here again.

Spent the weekend at the beach with family and at a friends wedding. The house was clean, well stocked, and met all our expectations. Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having access to the garage space was great and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. The property management was very responsive. The only downside is that the complex isn’t very golf cart friendly - there is no way to access the community on a golf cart without driving along 361, which isn’t allowed. Certainly not a deal breaker but it’s good to be aware of.
