It is a country-modern, ranch-style home with breathtaking views overlooking the entire valley; you will be less than 2 miles away from the closest winery and within 5 miles away to 40+ local wineries of Temecula. This private 10-acre estate has everything you need for a memorable getaway.

This home has a feel of a modern mountain retreat, complete with a towering center stone fireplace. 3 of the 4 bedrooms in the house have their own stunning 360 Degree, panoramic views of the Temecula wine valley and mountains!
Have total privacy - Over 18 acres of land surrounding the home located on the highest hilltop of the valley and over 45+ fruit trees.
Entertainment at BEST! A Smart Flatscreen TV is in every bedroom. A brand new, 85 Inch Sony Smart TV is in the Living Room and the Game room.

There are over 8 outdoor separate seating areas, so there is room for the whole family!

We loved staying at this property! We were here for my bachelorette party and had a blast. The house is clean, the property is beautiful, and the owner is incredibly friendly! The only downside was that one of the neighbors is incredibly serious about those 10pm quiet hours. This is to say nothing about the host, he was so kind about notifying us.

Everyone enjoyed there stay at the Grey Stone Property. We went out to Old Town Temecula to enjoy some restaurants and arcade. The game room is spacious and has it's own kitchenet and bathroom. The house gives a cabin retreat vibe with great sunsets.

We ran into problems with functionally. There was a problem entering the house through the front door. There was an algae bloom in the swimming pool. The faucet for the reverse osmosis system was broken and delivering rusty water. The BBQ was broken and therefore unusable. The stove was only intermittently functional, sometimes two burners would work, other times none would work. Ice maker in refrigerator was non functional.We reported the issues to the owner and he was very responsive, unfortunately it did not relieve the stress of the experience.
