While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences. - We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. - Le Grand Bleu offers a giant Salt Water Pool! It takes a lot of time and propane to heat the pool up to 84 degrees but it's definitely worth it! For this reason, Pool Heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. - Pool heat is $350/night in the winter. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). - Le Grand Bleu offers a Large Spa that accommodates up to 15! Spa heat is $100/day. - Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. - Bedroom 5 can only be accessed through the backyard. - This home has a two-story layout. - Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. - Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. - Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. Parking Details: - Garage accommodates 1 car. - 6 cars can park in the driveway. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
