The most unromantic hospital-Hotel

The restaurant.

The en-suite bathroom smells so much of cleaning chemicals that you need to open the windows to breathe, the elevator and carpets in the corridor remind me of “pulp fiction” and not in a good way. If you are desperate for a vacation with a hospital feeling then book your stay, just not in December because then they host the local Christmas Market which in it self is okay, but you have the whole village and surrounding drunk villagers taking over your space and wonder your corridors until the early hours the next morning.

Very good value for money, breakfast was amazing and a lot of choice. Staff very helpful en the place is clean, also very quiet at night !

Pleasant hotel stay off the beaten track, location not suited to onward journey

The hotel is specially equipped for disabled visitors (which I'm not) so my room amd ensuite were large, and had mobility and stability aids. The beds were also hotel versions of hospital beds which could be adjusted for height, backrest, incline etc,. Good choice of the usual hot and cold fare for breakfast. All the staff I spoke to were proficient enough in English, as my German is quite basic.

My evening meal of a bottled beer, self-service plate of salad and a coffee came to over 23 Euros which I think was a bit expensive. Neuerburg is like a small resort town halfway along a picturesque river valley so not best situated for an onward car journey - do your research!

Solo motorcyclist out for a wander

A good location for surrounding areas. Easy to find. Helpful staff. The place is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would if I was passing this way again. I had the wheelchair accessible room as that's all that was left when I booked but that was no problem at all. Nice large room and large shower/toilet room too.

Disappointing

Clean, roomy, very pleasant,

Restaurant was closed, bar was closed, no where to get any liquids, had to go to a bar down the road, for food and coffee, but every thing open for breakfast, which was good

Good value for money

The place is clean and quite. Very good for money paid for the stay. Conveniently close to Vianden in Luxemburg. For breakfast there is a possibility to make your own fresh orange juice. A lot of yogurt and variety of tea. Personnel friendly.

Hotel states that breakfast is till 10am, however at 9:30 there is limited choice of food and staff starts removing food early as well as cutlery. The hotel cater more for groups of people with disabilities which is great however should remember that individual guests stay there as well.

Alles. Vooral het restaurant, het terras en de tuin. Wat wij vooral zeer mooi vonden hoe ze daar werkten met mensen met een beperking. We gaan daar zekers nog een op vakantie voor een paar dagen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Wir waren verblüfft über die Qualität im Verhältnis zum Preis. Überaus empfehlenswert, wenn man im Naturpark Südeifel einen Aufenthalt, egal, aus welchen Gründen, plant. Ein sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, das auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingeht. Ein Frühstück, zu einem Preis der unschlagbar ist und welches von sehr guter Qualtät war. Ebenfalls das in Büfettform angebotene Abendessen. Wer da nicht satt wird und zufrieden ins Bett geht, der hat Ansprüche, die nicht erfüllbar sind. Wenn die Eifel wieder auf dem Programm steht, dann selbstverständlich wieder ins EUVEA.

Es hat uns alles gefallen.

We hadden 2 eenpersoons bedden. Het is een verzorgingstehuis wat ook als hotel dienst doet.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Zu Essen gab es gute Hausmannskost.

Ich denke, das dieses "Hotel" einmal ein Altenheim war, das dann als Hotel weitere geführt wird. Die Einrichtung ist dem entsprechend. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten 31°C, und das Zimmer mit Schrägen unterm Dach. Nach dem kühlen Abduschen, stand das kleine Bad komplett unter Wasser, da der Duschvorhang nicht bis zum Boden der ebenerdigen 90x90cm Duschetasse reichte.

Ruime, nette en schone kamer met prettig uitzicht. Goed ontbijt. Sociale concept sprak me aan: meerdere minder valide werknemers, goed en netjes werkend onder goede, onopvallende begeleiding.

Verzoek om kleine reparatie aan badkamerdouchestang kreeg toch geen uitvoering, dat gaf bij vraag 2 de beoordelingsdoorslag.

mooi hotel, mooie kamer, heel lekker eten, veel natuur en wouden in de omgeving en vooral vriendelijk personeel. Ik kom hier elk jaar een keertje en het blijft fijn. Oh ja, heel budgetvriendelijk...je krijgt meer dan je verwacht voor je geld.

Klassisches Tagungshotel. Für den Zwischenstopp oder den Kurztrip empfehlendswert.

Lage, Zimmer, Personal und die gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Preis passte auch. Frühstück hat auch gepasst.

Essen geht man besser außer Haus. Wenig Auswahl und dadurch das es ein Tagungshotel ist, muss vorbestellt werden.

Heerlijke rustige locatie. Prima verzorgd ontbijt. Van alles meer dan genoeg en prima kwaliteit. Met zorg neer gezet. Alle ruimtes ruiken fris en zijn schoon. Personeel doet uiterste best om het je naar het zin te maken. Af en toe kan er iets langer duren dan je gewent bent maar dat moet je voor lief nemen want daarvoor is dit hotel ook. Heerlijk hotel voor 1 of 2 overnachtingen. Goede parkeerplaatsen.
