Enjoy easy access to the world-renowned 30A beaches, either by the free beach trolley (March-October), walking, biking, or driving. This home offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation in beautiful Rosemary Beach, Florida.
The Space:
Palm SunDaze offers everything you could want for the perfect family beach getaway. This spacious home features a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, a separate ice maker, and brand-new cookware, including a Cuisinart air fryer, food processor, a toaster, and a DeLonghi grill/griddle with panini press and waffle maker. The open-concept first floor includes a large living room with seating for eight around a 55" Smart TV with surround sound, a dining area that seats eight, and a kitchen bar with seating for four. The first-floor master suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and en suite bath with double vanity and tiled shower.
Upstairs, the second floor includes three additional king bedrooms—one with an en suite bath and the other two sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom with a double vanity. Each bedroom is equipped with a 42” Smart TV. The third floor is a kids' dream: a cozy bunk room that sleeps five, complete with its own full bathroom and a 42" Smart TV loaded with streaming options and cable.

Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to the Seacrest Beach Resort pool and surrounding amenities, just a block away.

The house is ideally located near the Seacrest Beach entrance, making it easy to walk, bike, or drive to nearby shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach. While public transportation isn't readily available in this area, the proximity to everything you need makes getting around effortless. For those arriving by air, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

My extended family had a wonderful time at this property. It was conveniently located near the pool, and short walks to the beach and nearby restaurants. Even our 2 year old had no issues with the distances walking. Everything was in working order, and the laundry room was a great asset! We enjoyed the porches as places to relax, and the top porch w/ TV and table was the perfect place for pizza dinner! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great location and community! Loved how close we were to everything - within walking distance. The house was spacious with bathroom necessities. Kitchen lacking in some basics (salt/pepper, towels) but still good for cooking at home. Would love to go back.

The property was in the perfect location. We could walk to the shops at Rosemary as well as Alys. The tram to the beach only took a few minutes once called. You can get chair service through Dolce Vita, but the house has beach chairs for use as well. People said that it would be hard to find a spot for our own chairs, but we didn’t have a problem, even during spring break. The pool is massive with a food and drink cafe. The only downside was that it was not heated and pretty cold on March. We had family from age 3-70 and found something for everyone. The upstairs porch space is huge, with seating, dining table, fridge, and sink! Each floor has their own balcony area. There were 9 of us and tons of space for everyone. Definitely a perfect beach house!
