About this house rental
Come visit Serenity Palms 30a. Newer 2018 luxury home built for entertaining multiple families under the same roof. Located in the popular Seacrest Beach community this home is nestled between exclusive Rosemary and Aly's beach developments, easily within walking distance of the amenities from each. Resort style 12,000 square-foot community pool access is just steps away from this home. The beach is accessible by either a 1/3 mile scenic walk through the palm trees, or ride on the tram which runs from March through October and has a stop just outside of this home's door.

Everything about our staywas wonderful. I have nothing to complain about except the weather the first week was slightly cooler than we wanted, but none-the-less, the pool was still sunny and warm. We will be back.

The house is located in a great area to walk everywhere. We didn’t need a car and rode bikes everywhere. The trolley stop by the house was very convenient to give us a ride to the beach. The owner was very nice and helpful with answering questions. She provided great ideas and promptly responded to our questions. Great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the beach. These were all our favorites about the home. Areas for improvement would be the cleaning company used to clean the house prior to our arrival. The house was not cleaned properly and it was very noticeable. I contacted the management company and they did apologize. The cleaning fee was refunded. We would have preferred for the home to be fully cleaned when we arrived rather than dealing with this inconvenience. The other area for improvement is the wear and tear of the home. We dealt with broken items around the house. The kitchen items need to be organized as they were stored all over the place. The home needs a bit of updating and organizing. We would have appreciated a cabinet with cleaning supplies. Overall there is nothing better than spending a week at a beach home and Seacrest Beach and surrounding areas are very nice! This home is located in a great place!
