It had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and bunks with tvs for the teens. The location was great. Close to pool, beach and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and thoughtful providing clear instructions.Our entire family enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house! It was big enough to fit all 11 of us without feeling crammed. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had leading up to and during our stay. The kids loved the toys provided inside the house! The house was close to the tram, and the walk to the beach wasn't bad either. We plan to be back next year!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Beautiful property with the perfect location! The perfect set up if you have teenagers as there is a bunk room on the 3rd floor with a DOOR! So many places don't have a door so you can hear them laughing to the wee hours of the morning. We loved this place and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient, close to the beach, shopping, dining etc. There was small issue with safety rail on one of the bunk beds - no big problem. Also internet was down for one day - not sure if it was the property issue. Otherwise - excellent property with a lot of space and room for everyone. Big hit was a shuffle board - many in our group spent a lot of time there - both adults and kids. We even conducted a family shuffle board tournament. Communications with the hosts was easy and they were responsive to all our needs expeditiously.

We had 3 families of 5 staying in the house and it worked well for the 15 of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and the two bunk rooms were a perfect set-up for the kids. It was also very nice that each room had it's own bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well supplied although I would suggest a new nonstick frying pan for cooking breakfast. We loved the ice maker! The backyard turf was perfect to play games and the shed was stocked with beach items. The house is very conveniently located across the street from the pool and the tram stop is right at the corner. We actually walked more to the beach then using the tram because it was very busy. It was nice that we could walk to all the restaurants in Alys and Rosemary and then come back to the house and hang on the 3rd floor deck. The communication was very good with the owners and they were able to accommodate some special requests of ours which was very helpful.

This was my family’s second stay in the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach community and we will continue to come back because this place has it all! Our guests ranged from ages 0-70 and between the beach, the pool, walking and biking opportunities, excellent area restaurants and shopping, there were activities to fit everyone’s fancy. We felt totally safe letting teenagers ride their bikes around, lots of families at the pool for the kids to make friends and play with. Very, very safe family friendly atmosphere!

All the decks and private master suites were great for multi families. Great ice machine and multiple refrigerators were a bonus too. The only negative was the beach access area was very crowded and compact.

Our group of 13 loved this house! It was the perfect space for our group. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the space outside to play, and the adults loved the stocked kitchen (that ice maker was incredible), the 3rd floor deck, and that each room has its own bathroom. Close proximity to the town of Seacrest, Alys Beach, and Rosemary. We wish the community pool was heated- it would make going in much more comfortable. Definitely not a deal breaker though. We would definitely return!

The property was true to its description. It’s a very short walk to the pool. The house is very well stocked and designed. You can tell a lot of thought went into it. For example, every bathroom had a blow dryer, all the light switches were labeled, the laundry room had pool towels and anything you need to clean. The kitchen had a multitude of cooking utensils and pans and everything we would need in our kitchen. And the back yard is awesome with the shed stocked with beach toys and skim boards. I highly recommend!

This property is clean, spacious and in excellent proximity to so much in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. 1 minute walk from the pool, 10 minutes to the beach or an even shorter tram ride. The hosts were great, the kids were never bored and the sleeping accommodations were perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen was very well stocked and we made some great meals together. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This pace was simply the best. There were plenty of beds where everybody had their own room and bathroom. It is laid out perfectly and everything is very accommodating. The pool is literally across the street and the neighborhood is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

We just got home from a great stay at Rosemary Beach. This property was exactly as described and shown in pictures. We did have a few issues with the cleanliness of the property upon arrival however the owners were very attentive and took care of this for us immediately. Andy and Cari were absolutely wonderful to deal with as property owners! If you're looking for a house to accommodate a large group, look no further. There were 10 of us total and we were able to spread out and never feel like we were cramped. A huge bonus was the pool being directly across the street and a tram stop just outside the door. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back to the area soon!

We LOVED spending time in your beautiful home. The location was perfect and quiet. Some of our favorite things were the turf yard, super comfy beds, the upper porch deck, and the beach gear that was provided. It was great to be so near the pool too. A few things that could have made our stay even better would have been more towels and washcloths (only one per person provided), and a better stocked kitchen. Also for a home this size, a bigger couch would be a bonus as it only seated 6. Other than this, our stay was perfect and we may stay here again!

The house is located in a great area to walk everywhere. We didn’t need a car and rode bikes everywhere. The trolley stop by the house was very convenient to give us a ride to the beach. The owner was very nice and helpful with answering questions. She provided great ideas and promptly responded to our questions. Great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the beach. These were all our favorites about the home. Areas for improvement would be the cleaning company used to clean the house prior to our arrival. The house was not cleaned properly and it was very noticeable. I contacted the management company and they did apologize. The cleaning fee was refunded. We would have preferred for the home to be fully cleaned when we arrived rather than dealing with this inconvenience. The other area for improvement is the wear and tear of the home. We dealt with broken items around the house. The kitchen items need to be organized as they were stored all over the place. The home needs a bit of updating and organizing. We would have appreciated a cabinet with cleaning supplies. Overall there is nothing better than spending a week at a beach home and Seacrest Beach and surrounding areas are very nice! This home is located in a great place!

The house was awesome and was a great landing board for loads of conveniently located activities, as well as a refuge to relax and enjoy some down time after some busy days. The house provided all we needed to enjoy our time and definitely gave a "home away from home" feeling. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, ample space for all of us to have some time alone or away when we needed some space. Even the neighbors were so nice. Definitely left us with the thought of returning again some time. Beachwise-the beaches here were a bit crowded. We enjoyed going to Inlet Beach and even took an easy drive to Grayton Beach. Would highly recommend the area and the house for sure! 10 out of 10 would stay again!

I booked this home because of the beautiful pictures. We all know pictures can be deceiving, but let me tell you, the pictures didn’t do the house enough justice!! It was AMAZING!!! The owners thought of every single thing you could possibly need and they have it. There were board games (kid and adult), toys, every kitchen appliance you would need, spices (you always forget that one thing, but I promise you, it was there!), brand new soaps in every bathroom, Kleenex, extra pillows, fans. You name it, the owners had it there. We arrived early for our stay and were able to get our bands to go to the beach. Communication was top notch. I loved the way the house was designed! Never knew I NEEDED 3 shower heads until now! I thought the master bath was fantastic. While bragging, I learned all the showers have dual shower heads!!!! I can’t begin to say enough good things about this house and the owners. We will definitely be staying here again!

There were 14 of us all together and we fit comfortably in this house. Everything we needed was provided and our stay was just perfect. The pool gets full very quickly so if you plan to head that way, do it early in the day. Same for the beach. We loved this house and wiull definity stay again!

We had a great experience renting this house for 13 people. The owner was very helpful in planning and the house is spotless. It’s in a great location, 20 steps from the pool and easy walk to shops and places to eat. We had toddlers, teenagers, parents and grandparents and there was space to be together and apart when needed. The top floor patio is particularly worth the climb! We were there over the 4th of July so it’s probably the busiest time but the house felt quiet and private. The beach access is an easy 5 min walk so we didn’t get the shuttle but it’s right outside if needed. Honestly, the small area of beach deeded to the complex was beyond busy so we preferred to drive to the public beach and there is really helpful advice about this in the house. Its only 2 mins down the road. We would highly recommend the house!
