I loved my stay here. It is a small studio with upscale entrance/attentive concierge. Great location in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We walked to Granville Island ferry, grocery shops, transit, restaurants, coffee shops and boutique shops. I stayed with my niece. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, glasses, oven, pots, plates, microwave and everything we needed. The host was prompt & communication was effortless. Maggie allowed early check in to accommodate my flight schedule. Check in was a smooth process as I am familiar with the lock box process. I prefer this type of lock box entry as it affords me 24/7 flexibility to check in/out on my schedule. The unit was spotlessly clean. The pictures of the unit were as advertised. I didn't have noise issues (there is a medical building across the road but sirens were not noticed on the 7th floor). I traveled in November when weather was perfect. There was a notice in the elevator that the building was having issues with heating but we didn't need it. The unit has a tv with pvr/dvd (not a smart tv). There was a HDMI cable in the unit if you want to connect to your streaming device. I would suggest packing extra towels if you need more than the few provided. The unit had everything else for a short stay - linens, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, sugar, coffee, tea and even batteries for the remote so we could watch Game 7 of the world series. There is an IGA nearby to stock up on groceries. Thank you, Maggie.

Maggie was a great host. She is quick to respond and answered my questions thoroughly. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked,WiFi worked. The location made everywhere easily walkable. Grocery and coffee shops very near.Loved our stay
