This beautifully remodeled condo is situated in an incredible location just above the beach and tidepools and has its own private deck (as well a separate, large shared deck). With views from the Cayucos pier all the way to Morro Bay and Morro Rock, this is the perfect, relaxing spot to enjoy the sunset and watch the surfers catch some waves. Everything in the unit is brand new - from the floors and appliances to the furnishings and linens. This unit also offers an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and its own stackable washer and dryer, which can be rare in these condos. This unit is also on the ground floor and requires no stairs! Additional larger laundry facilities are available in the coin-operated laundry room onsite. SMALL PET (30 lbs or less) ONLY. Parking for one vehicle only onsite; additional parking is on the street only.

The condo is loacted in a convinient location overlooking the beautiful ocean. We enjoyed the condo, it was plenty of room for 3 guests! We will definitely stay there again.

The condo is exactly like pictured, and the views were absolutely amazing. It was an easy access to the beach. The deck is shared by another condo, but we were lucky enough not to have anybody next to us or above us. Downtown is a short walk from the condo. The one negative I have to say is that when we checked and there were a lot of bugs. They were like gnats that were in our drinks in our food and we’re absolutely horrible. We called our host and they immediately brought us some apple cider vinegar and detergent to put in cups around the house, which did attract the gnats and get rid of them eventually. The condo does need a little more upkeep. It was dusty and it could use a coat of paint here in there, but overall you can’t beat the view or the location. It was a wonderful weekend.

The views from this property are outstanding. The unit itself was neat and well-supplied. The kitchen and main bathroom have been upgraded; we hope the windows and entry way are next. The bed is comfortable! It seems that a private balcony will be added soon, which will be a nice addition. The floor design of the unit is fantastic....so many good views of the ocean.

We had a nice visit to Cayucos The inside is much nicer than the outside of the property. The best thing about this u it are the large windows and views. Will be better when there is a private deck. The entrance of the unit could be cleaned up some. Need new linens and bedding especially towels and bath mats. Need to get rid of faded fake plants and flowers. There were some cob webs in the kitchen.

Pretty good: very comfortable bed and living room furniture, well-equipped kitchen, adequate space, great location right above the beach, with a panoramic view of the ocean and Cayucus. However, it was poorly maintained -- bathroom and kitchen not adequately clean, window screens falling off, and I was unable to unlock the front door by myself, due to a poor fit between the door's deadbolt and the space for it in the doorway. These problems and others were aggravated by a dysfunctional web site, the lack of instructions in the condo, and quite misleading and incomplete instructions supplied at check-in. Also, when I tried to buy trip insurance prior to checking in, the staff were quite unhelpful, and the VRBO web site was also useless, partly because some critical features didn't work -- e.g., I couldn't sign in to my account, etc. So, while I had a enjoyable time and appreciated the amenities of the condo, I was quite dissatisfied with the management, customer support, and web site.

We loved absolutely everything about this place, and thoroughly enjoyed our four days there. The view is spectacular, the furnishings are perfect, and the location is the best. We enjoyed walks to downtown Cayucos twice, took a day trip up to see the elephant seals and have lunch and Cambria, and just generally relaxed. We will be back!

This property is AMAZING! You are right on the water and the constant sound of the ocean is awesome! The condo is well appointed with everything you need and beautifully decorated. We stayed here for my daughters college graduation from cal poly and it is a quick commute to slo. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful property. It is exactly as represented in the photos. The views from the living room, kitchen and sunroom are priceless. Beach access is steps away. We enjoyed listening to the surf and enjoying wine and conversation at the property after long walks on the beach and a stop at the various eateries. We intend to return. It was a perfect 39th anniversary getaway.

The location was beautiful but for the price we paid to stay there, I expected more. I frequently use VRBO and always very impressed, but this was the first time I was unfortunately disappointed. When I went to check in, the keys were not where they said they would be. I went into the office and heard someone on the phone around the corner. I went in, the person continued their personal conversation and didn't address my presence until 3-5 minutes later. She was very friendly, but I felt she could of greeted me sooner. We arrived at the unit, first impression, very nice. Once we made it the bedroom, I went to unpack and had really no where to put my clothes. The closet was full of pillows, towels, blankets and had mismatched hangers with very limited space for my clothes. There was just a tiny dresser, which I thought was a jewelry holder at first. The towels were mismatched and the only soap provided for us to use in the shower was a used body wash container. The kitchen only had stained, mismatched dishes and pans. I had to wash the items before I used them because I thought that they were dirty, but they were just stained. The inside of the drawers were dirty too. We had an ant problem on the second day. We ended up throwing away some of our food due to the ants getting into our packages. We also tried to bbq, opened the bbq and found that is was extremely dirty and didn't even work. The patio had webs all over it and even had some trash in the corners. I never give a negative review, but for paying over $500 a night which included the $195 cleaning fee, taxes and insurance that I had to purchase to rent this VRBO I was not fully satisfied at all. I was actually disappointed. I was even asked on the check-off list to check out to start my own laundry after I stripped my own bed! The purpose of this trip was to heal from a very trying couple of months after losing my mom who lived behind me and to celebrate my 50th which validated the amount my husband and I spent on the trip, but now I regret it. I am so sorry, just still heartbroken and now out a lot of money for something I was expecting to be better. Good luck with your rental. My suggestion would to make sure it is cleaner and try to provide better amenities that validate the price you are asking. I can't say that I will be back. Natercia Widmer

This was a wonderful condo with an amazing view. The condo was clean and nicely furnished! I can’t emphasize what a fantastic view it has, especially for the cost. You do share the deck but it wasn’t a problem. The town of Cayocus is a cute little beach town with great restaurants. I highly recommend this place!
