In a renovated 19th century seaside villa, on the seafront and on the pedestrian seawall, duplex apartment of 77 m2 on the 1st floor and 2nd floor with sloping ceilings.
On the 1st floor, large living room-fitted kitchen with bow-window on the sea side, entrance, shower room - toilet, bedroom 2 beds that can be transformed into 1 bed; internal staircase to 2nd floor.
On the 2nd floor, large master bedroom on the sea side, shower room - toilet, bedroom with 2 beds.
Reserved 1 car parking inside the walled garden on the south side (other free parking in front of the property), hanging area.
Garden area with furniture only in summer (tables, chairs, deckchairs) reserved facing the sea in the enclosed park giving direct access to the and the beach.
The view of the sea and the beach of Saint-Aubin sur mer (Calvados) is exceptional. The apartment is a stone's throw from the sailing club, the tennis courts, the casino and its cinema. It is also close to restaurants and shops. It is quiet in the middle of a private park.
It is ideal for family holidays or teleworking (we have installed teleworking spaces in each of the three bedrooms).
We offer self-arrival and check-out (key box).
Sheets and towels are provided.

The property was in the perfect location for us, and being beachfront was spectacular. Being able to look at and hear the ocen so close was a dream for us. Walking distance to dining and groceries made things easy.
The property itself lacked nothing, and had more than many other properties. Not having to wash yiur dishes and cups each time you use them so that you have enough for later was so great. Beds were clean and comfortable and chargers on the nightstand were a great touch.
Communications with the property hosts and on site team were stellar from start to finish. Cannot stress enough how stellar. They were there for every little question and added extras.
