About this house rental
Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 62 m² house “Le chemin de la mer”, located 300 m from the Cap Romain beach, in the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer and close to the center of Saint Aubin-sur-mer. It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a 32 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Loud music and parties are not permitted. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 32 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 25 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
- 400 m² private garden, not overlooked and fully enclosed
The house is ideally located between Bernières-sur-Mer and Saint Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

- Water sports on the beaches of Bernières-sur-Mer and Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer
- D-Day sites: Juno beach (300m), Arromanches artificial harbour (18km), Longues sur mer batteries (25km), Omaha Beach American cemetery (38km)
