The location of the property is excellent! Upon arrival the cleaning crew had missed a lot. The floors were sandy, the trash can had all kinds of black residue in it, the shelves for the kitchen didn’t look like they’d been wiped down in years. The tub was advertised as a jetted tub and it was just a tub. The cleaning was taken care of very quickly and we were satisfied with that. We did address the tub not being jetted and were told they’d have that corrected on the listing. I checked and it was corrected, however no compensation has ever been offered for the incorrect advertisement of the jetted tub. We loved the beach and location and had a great time together.

The pictures of this property are amazing, in reality it's a bit dingy. I sent the prop mgr a punch list of necessary repairs. Beware that the washing machine hot-cold are reversed, so cold = very hot. The jacuzzi tub is color corrected in the picture, the unit is actually quite old and an odd flesh-color signifying days gone by. The location of this property is wonderful though, and I walked miles on the beach and it was close to everything. I brought my teen, but if I'd been visiting with my spouse we'd have relocated on day 1.
