About this apartment rental
Enjoy Sunrises & Sunsets from the corner balcony of our 2 BR 2 Bath Oceanfront end unit Condo. A great place for your golf get-away or family vacation. San-A-Bel features all direct waterfront units, an over sized hot tub with sun tanning patio, an in-door pool with exercise room above, all overlooking the great beach. Our unit is an end unit giving it more windows and a larger wrap-a-round balcony. It is located on the side of the building next to the pool so you can look down below to see who is sunning themselves on the patio. Because our unit is on the south side of the building, it receives the maximum amount of sun. We have 3 flatscreen TVs, Wireless Internet, all full size appliances including washer and dryer in the unit, 2 full baths. It is clean, well furnished and equipped. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING OR RENT LINENS (sheets and towels; all other bedding is provided. 7 night stays Saturday to Saturday are preferred. For your security property is equipped with a Ring doorbell.
NEW FURNISHINGS as of June 2026 include new mattress & boxspring in Oceanfront BR, all new Living Room furniture commercial grade so sleeper sofa is actually comfortable, new Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer & more.
We prefer to rent on a Saturday to Saturday schedule but can make some changes from time to time. Check with us if you want a different arrangement. We do offer discounts for longer stays.
Crescent Beach: When you look out the windows or from the balcony you can see why the name 'Crescent' was chosen for the beach. The obvious crescent shape of the beach is what you'll observe from our windows. It is a spectacular view during the day when the sun is shining and in the evening as well when the moonlight glows against the waves and the lights appear on the beach. For the more adventuresome, there are banana boat rides and parasailing just a few steps from our beach. The lifeguards are out early in the morning and will rent you a large umbrella and beach chairs. The pool is a great place to relax in any weather - it is heated and indoor. It stays very comfortable year round.
Favorite Places: You'll find you won't have enough time in a week to do all that you'd like, there is so much to enjoy in the Myrtle Beach area. Barefoot Landing, just 3 miles from our place and Broadway at the Beach about 10 miles are 2 great spots to go for shopping, dining, mini golf and clubs. The Alabama Theater at Barefoot Landing has a great variety show. Broadway at the Beach has a great variety of adult clubs for evening entertainment. Crocodile Rocks has dueling piano players who are fantastic. There are a multitude of great places to shop if that is your thing. In Little River, about a 10 minute drive there, is a great winery that has tours, a nice gift shop and wine tasting. My absolute favorite place to visit is Brookgreen Gardens - a 300 acre former rice plantation - incredible gardens filled with sculptures.
Location: Charleston is about an hour and half away and makes a great day trip. There you can take a bus, mule or walking tour and see some fantastic architecture. All the tours are great.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was as advertised… Clean, comfortable, and with an absolutely beautiful view of Crescent Beach. The entire facility was quiet and well kept, with efficient access to the beach near umbrella/chair rentals as well as parasailing! The hosts were completely available throughout the entire process and very pleasant to work with. My family and I would recommend this place to anyone and looking forward to hopefully staying here again on our next trip to Myrtle.

Great location we were on the 3rd floor a corner unit we enjoyed sun rise and sunset .GrearLocation.Minutes from Grocery Store and other amenities! Beautifu to be right on the Beach .Very comfortable other than the Bed mattress in Master could be replaced .Balcony is a bit cluttered. Really enjoyed our vacation there .Hope to return next yr .

Generally, there were no surprises. Communications with the condo owners went very well. I do suggest you watch their video on using their lock before arriving. The building was built in 1986/1987; therefore, it shows some wear. However, the owners association seems to be trying to keep the structures up to date. The indoor pool is good and the jacuzzi is great. The location provides a relaxed atmosphere. The condo owners have done very well renovating the condo. Only the refrigerator is older and shows wear, but cranks out serious cold air. The condo is well stocked. You can get in at midnight and have what you need. The owners also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The balcony has three different types of chairs so you can find something that matches your configuration. Our only issue was with cleanliness. The first impression is of a very clean flat. But contact areas between old and renovated areas (e.g., tile and baseboard) have buildups of dirt. Under furniture is the same, and inside the pullout couch was VERY dirty. The cushioned mattress cover in the main bedroom needed washed. These cleanliness issues were irritating, especially since these owners have a condo that is recently renovated, in a prime location in the building, and a building in a great location on the SC beaches.
