About this hotel
Beachfront property in central part of beautiful San Pedro. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. 8-9 blocks from local airport. Water dock literally yards away. We can certainly assist in booking excursions including snorkeling, fishing trips, diving trips. Or, just relax on the hammock at the hotel.
Each room has fans and, since hotel is beachfront, there is always a nice breeze. If AC is needed, it's available for a small fee. No need to pay ahead of time, clients usually decide once they get there. Each room also has Microwave, minifridge, and private washroom.

Also of note: due to the high costs of maintaining the TV and most clients do not use it, we have stopped all TV services. We do have excellent Wifi option, so please bring your smart devices.

Julie checked us in and was the sweetest lady. She made sure we had everything we needed and she’s always seen cleaning. She even offered to freshen up our room and we were only there 3 nights. Would definitely stay again.

Not a traditional VRBO, but more like hotel accommodations with dishes, microwave and minifridge/freezer. We knew that and it fit what we wanted so was perfect for my daughter and I on our spring break trip. Check in and out was easy and the location is great. Highly recommend!

Right on the beach! Nice balcony to watch the waves from, easy access to restaurants, etc.

Location is on the beach in the heart of this busy town/city. Great views. There is a 15USD fee for air conditioning per day. This was a surprise and as a frequent traveller, a first. I was not so happy. The walls are thin and the property has about 8 units. Hence it is not quiet. The tap water is off limits and they ask you not to put the toilet paper in the toilet but the garbage. Nonetheless it was all we needed for a couple nights.
