Casa de La Paz has a sweet little family owned feel. It's small but in a great location in San Pedro. No bells and whistles but comfortable and clean.

Although the hotel is not on the beach, it is only one building away. Room was on the third floor and my knees were being cranky. There was a misunderstanding about our booking and we had to move. We had already booked a snorkeling excursion so Chefy kindly let us stay after check out time to clean up after snorkeling. Thank you. One of his staff even carried my bags to our new hotel. Hotel is close to ferry to Caulker and to restaurants. Try Lily’s restaurant.

Great place. Way cheaper than most places and worth every penny. Pictures are exactly what you get. In the middle of town, walk everywhere. Just in front of good dive shops. Two steps from the ferry and not a bad walk from the airport. We did it with huge dive bag roller. Looks freshly remodeled/maintained. Room very clean with digi tv and Netflix stream your own apps. Good storage shelves and wardrobe in bathroom. We asked and happily they provided micro and coffee pot and mugs. Really kind owners. Well maintained. Good pillows and blankets on beds. Small shower but plenty hot water. Quiet. We didn't have a problem with the barking dog, he must have learned to stay a bit quiet.
