We are frequent travelers and, admittedly can be picky. Our hosts provided us with an OUTSTANDING stay. From the detailed welcome guide, to the prompt communication and the local recommendations, it was a positive experience.
LOCATION: The beautiful home is located on a quiet street and is situated on a large piece of land. Country living at it's best! It is only 45 minutes from Yellowstone West and 2 hours 25 minutes from Grand Teton National Park. We flew into Bozeman Airport, picked up groceries at Costco in Bozeman and then drove the 2.25 hour scenic route to Kantada. There are smaller grocery stores within a 15 minute drive and we frequented Last Chance Texaco & General Store and Sam Patch Co. Grocery and Sundries.
LODGING: Once we figured out the door keypad (user error), it was easy to enter, exit and lock up. The house was so clean, we initially thought it was brand new! The decor is Idaho nature in it's finest. The downstairs has two bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with a queen. There is a full bath between the two bedrooms. The spacious, fully stocked kitchen had everything you could need to prepare full meals and clean up afterwards. There is a large utility room with a stacked washer and dryer. Don't forget to bring a sticker of where you're from for the welcome board.
The living room, with the giant windows, was our favorite room. The view!!! 2 full couches plus 3 recliners gave ample seating for our entire party. Large dining table.
Upstairs had an additional living area, a TV with gaming system, at least 2 beds, plus full-sized bunk beds and a trundle. It's a perfect spot for the kids to have their own area. The upstairs bathroom has a beautiful claw foot tub and separate shower.
Our party only consisted of two couples and one teenager, but the house can easily accommodate twice that number.
We only used the hot tub once but really appreciated the clear instructions on it's use.
We couldn't stay longer.

View from the cabin was beautiful. All items of convenience in kitchen and house were stocked. Serene and beautiful location. Beautiful and clean cabin. Kids loved the bunk beds, and there was downstairs bedroom and bathroom for seniors.
Minor suggestions: Table lamp location and style in the living room did not feel safe for young kids. One mirror outside bathrooms will be helpful.

I enjoyed the beautiful open window in the living room. The beds were almost more comfortable then my bed at home!
I loved the convince of all the appliances.
Such an amazing vacation home. I will definitely be staying at this place in the future!
The microwave may need upgraded. It took almost 8 minutes to warm up 2 lbs of taco meat. It should have only took 3. But wasn't that big of a deal š
