Luxury listing! Spacious! Close to Yellowstone! New AC

We enjoyed the house itself overall! Beautiful property and lots of potential. One downfall is we were expecting a quiet rural area away from town, and got the exact opposite. I don’t know if it was exacerbated by the Memorial Day holiday weekend incoming but the entire development and surrounding area were infiltrated by idiots on dirt bikes/4 wheelers/UTVs. The road to the house is entirely dirt (which I prefer) but you literally could not breathe outside because people were using it as their personal dirt track and driving with no dignity. Very loud and noisy neighbors and surrounding area, despite being off the beaten path. Lots of partying neighbors out at all hours with open throttles. The house was fairly well stocked, above average compared to other rentals I have experienced in the past. There was a nice book that outlined the checkout instructions as well as recommendations in the local area that was very helpful. The size of the guest bedrooms were way smaller than anticipated. We did appreciate the extra living room areas to help spread out suitcases, etc. as there is not much room to even walk in the guest bedrooms. Tons of towels, but no washcloths. Master bathroom only had one washcloth. One of the guest rooms only had one washcloth. Not sure if this was a mistake or if we just couldn’t find the extras.Would stay again but preferably not in the summer and or a holiday because of dirtbike/atv influx
