Listing Access: Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the game room, outdoor spaces, and hot tub. The property also offers ample parking with space for estimated 8 vehicles, depending on size.

There is a reservoir nearby for water sports and fishing. 40 minutes to Yellowstone National Park. Hundreds of miles of riding, snowmobiling, and ATV/motorcycle trails directly from the cabin.
In the Summer, hike, run, or ATV on the beautiful trails. Enjoy fishing at the Reservoir (1/4 mile away) or at the various world-class trout fishing rivers (license required, get it at the local gas station). Nearby Stoddard Pond (2 miles) is stocked with fish for junior anglers (12 and under; and no license is required.) Float down the lazy river at Mack`s Inn. Golf a the Island Park Golf Course or enjoy a play at Mack`s Inn or Island Park playhouses.
In the Fall, enjoy the changing of the seasons and the Fall flora and fauna. Avoid the crowds at Yellowstone and enjoy the peacefulness of the area. Enjoy riding on the trails and visit Sawtelle Peak (ATV accessible) to see 7 states!
In the Winter, enjoy miles of snowmobiling and then come back to a warm cabin where each room has its own thermostat, including the bathroom. Enjoy a soak in the spa bathtub in the master bedroom.
In the Spring, watch nature re-awaken and see the new baby animals. Again, trails are open to either snowmobiles or off-road vehicles depending on snow melt. Fishing is available year-round.

We stayed for a week in August (17-23) and had 20 of us in our group. The house fit all of us easily. However, the house does NOT have AC so beware of that. We didn't realize that until we got there and the house got up to 78 degrees during the day. It was something we missed when booking because you kind of expect places to have AC these days. The kids absolutely LOVED the game room in the garage and spent tons of time there when we were at the house and not doing some sort of sight-seeing. The property is a nice wooded property with some room to roam and play games outside. During our stay the area was in a level 1 (yellow) so campfires in approved fire pits are supposed to be ok. I spoke to the manager and he said we are not able to have a fire at the house, even though the neighbors are having fires in their firepit in their yard. Stage 1 means you are able to have a campfire in a fire pit. This was a disappointment for us as the weather during the evening was absolutely perfect for a campfire and roasting marshmallows. It was nice to be able to do laundry during our stay! Having that available was very nice to have as the area is very dusty so we were able to wash clothes and towels.There was road construction during our stay which was very frustrating (nothing the owners/manager could do about it). There is only one way to the house and that way was under construction and we would have to wait 20 plus minutes to get through. Overall it was a nice stay!

Great property! We loved that towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, detergent, dish soap, etc. were provided. AC not great, but fans around anticipating the heat. It's in a beautiful location and close to a lot of fun! Spent three days in Yellowstone and floated the river in Island Park. The river is a short walk from the cabin for skipping rocks in the evening. It was big enough to fit all of our family with kids, grandkids, spouses, and everyone had a comfortable bed--including the baby with the provided crib. There was also a high chair that was very helpful. The big smart TV was great for some evening entertainment. Great stay and everyone loved the hot tub. The management company was easy to work with.A few downsides to the stay were that when we arrived, the house was very dirty. We spent the first day sweeping up candy wrappers, blueberries, suckers, and trash. The carpet in one room had a sticky spot. The nightstands in every room were covered with dried contacts stuck to them, used cotton balls, TV stand was covered with dust, which made me wonder if any of the surfaces were wiped down. The couch initially was slanted as it only had a few legs, but by the end of the stay they had taken them all off when they came to unclog some sinks and check out the loud drier. Also, the listing says there is a double bed in a common area, but that's not there.Despite these, we had a great stay. The cabin is stunning and makes for the perfect "sweet escape" with a large group.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The owners were amazing and super responsive. We had zero issues and it very comfortably held our large group. The rules of the house are not crazy like some I have seen. Just your basic, treat it like it like you own it. Having access the the washer was a big plus! We were able to get some of our laundry done before leaving. Just a really great expirence overall. These owners have set the bar for what I now expect in a VRBO rental!!

The space was amazing but it does need updates and repairs, could use an outdoor seating area also has no air conditioning so if your going in the summer be prepaired.
