About this cabin rental
Buffalo Lodge sits on a quiet wooded lot and will appeal to the most discerning renter. The home is very well maintained. Enjoy gazing at the stars while sitting on the front deck or roasting s'mores at the outdoor fire pit . Bring the ATV's or snowmobiles and take off riding directly from the cabin on miles of trails. There is also garage space available to use.
Going to Yellowstone National Park? Buffalo Lodge is just a short, easy 35 minute drive to the West entrance. Featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large loft and a fully equipped kitchen you'll have no problem getting away with the family! Come and enjoy all the wonders Island Park has to offer!

An exceptional property that provided the perfect base for our adventures. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and ideally positioned, offering central access to Yellowstone, West Yellowstone, and an extensive network of ATV trails.For those looking to explore the terrain, we highly recommend renting side-by-sides or ATVs from Island Park Rentals, which is conveniently located just 10 minutes away. As a helpful tip, you can pick up groceries at the Sam Patch Company, situated right within the very same complex as the rental shop.The immediate area boasts hundreds of miles of pristine trails, where we were fortunate enough to spot both moose and deer. Additionally, commuting into Yellowstone was incredibly efficient—allowing us to make two separate trips during our stay to tour Old Faithful and the Lamar Valley. This was an excellent stay overall, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

It is very obvious that the owners of this property have invested in the beauty and upkeep of this property. Everything was made with the guests in mind. My wife and I loved the location as it was 35 minutes to Yellowstone and also allowed us to visit places like the Grand Tetons. The lodge was very clean in a rustic setting.

We had been talking about a trip to Yellowstone for a very long time. Finally we decided to make it happen this year. The accommodations at Buffalo Lodge could not have been better for the 7 of us. 2 bedrooms and a loft with 4 beds, so could sleep 12. 2 full baths. High quality home about 30 minutes from the West entry to Yellowstone. We used the full kitchen, washer & dryer, TV, Wi-Fi and grill. All worked great! Owners were just a text message away with any questions. Very responsive. Highly recommend this gem!

The cabin was very clean and as a expected. There were all amenities that we needed and we liked that there were two bathrooms. Drinking water was provided, since there was a well (water)maintence happening during our stay. We would stay at this cabin again if it were available. The hosts were very friendly and addressed any questions promtly.
