About this house rental
This bright and cheerful home approximately one half mile from either the bay or the center of Orleans. So close to Rock Harbor where you can charter a fishing boat or relax on the sandy beach while watching the boats come and go at high tide. Nicely located just under a half mile from Rock Harbor, just over a half mile to the bike trail or the center of town, 1.2 miles to Skaket Beach on the bay, and 3.8 miles to Nauset Beach on the ocean.
Enter this charming home to find a fully stocked kitchen, separate dining room, large, open living room, full bathroom with a combination tub and shower, master bedroom with a queen bed, and guest bedroom with an extra long twin bed with trundle.
The second floor has a wonderful loft area with two twin beds on one side and a sitting area on the other side with a queen pull-out sofa.
There is a nice covered patio area outside with outdoor furniture. There is also a level yard with small kettle pond in the back of the house. Enjoy an afternoon barbeque or rinse off after a long day at the beach in the exterior enclosed shower.
Amenities include: Central air conditioning (recently installed), wireless internet, 4 televisions with extended cable, dishwasher, electric range, drip coffee maker, washer and dryer in the basement, gas grill, outdoor furniture, umbrella, 3 beach chairs and misc. beach items. Sheets and Towels are not included but rental companies can be provided.

This property is beautiful and has all the amenities that you need. We enjoyed the close proximity to many dining options as well as Rock Harbor which is an amazing place to catch a sunset and walk for miles when the tide goes out. The house itself is immaculate, while comfortable and welcoming. The kids were able to enjoy the penthouse suite upstairs to themselves and we all enjoyed meals and family games around the table on the back bonus room!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this cozy and comfortable cottage. It was homey, clean and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week on the Cape. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and beach supplies (chairs, cooler, etc). The outdoor patio was a great place to hang out and spend time together. The cottage is close to downtown Orleans and Skaket beach (we did opt to drive to the beach because it is a bit too far to walk carrying all of our beach gear). To note, there is just one bathroom (plus an outdoor shower). Overall great place and wonderful stay.
