About this house rental
Kick back, relax and enjoy summer living from this sweet ranch in Mettatuxet with central a/c on large, private lot. So many amenities including a bocce court, spacious outdoor shower, deck with dining set and exterior patio with outdoor sectional set.
Inside, there is a bright and open living room with flat screen TV, dining area and adjacent kitchen. Down the hallway, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The lower level offers a second living room with a comfy sectional, flat screen TV and bunk bed for extra guests. There is also a second full bathroom with shower, and laundry area. One well behaved dog will be considered on a case by case basis and with a $100 pet fee.

This is a wonderful home to stay, has everything you could possibly need. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Lots of ammenities and very close to beaches and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space was great and so was the outdoor shower. The house was well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

The home was charming and the yard was perfect for hanging out when not out enjoying Rhode Island’s sights. Great neighborhood and close to popular beaches and Newport. We only had a few minor issues and the property manager took care of them immediately above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend staying here!
