This charmingly maintained one-level home offers easy living with an open layout and plenty of natural light. As you enter the home you are welcomed into the main living room and fully equipped kitchen. Right off the dining room, you have access to the patio through the glass sliding doors where you can enjoy alfresco dining. Mini splits are located throughout the home to keep you cool during those sunny summer days (living room & three bedrooms). The fourth bedroom has a window a/c unit. All spacious bedrooms with generous storage and closet space. Once you step outside, you will find a fenced in backyard, ideal for yard games and sunbathing! Located in Pettasquamscutt with private access to Narrow River. There is a small beach that is a 2 minute walk from the house where you can launch a kayak/paddleboard, swim and jump off floating dock! Minutes to scenic local beaches, restaurants and shop. This home truly combines comfort and convenience in a prime location.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Great setup at the end of a dead end street. Backyard is a nice space. Not sure if the fire table is meant to used as no propane was connected nor was there mention it in the welcome guide. House is well furnished. Beds are comfortable albeit a bit creaky. Showers are great.

Quiet neighborhood and nice open living space. Close to URI, beaches of Narragansett, Point Judith, Jamestown and Newport. Large easy to use TV, comfy furniture and good master suite mattress and pillows. Appreciate having the washer and dryer. The different levels of flooring were difficult to adjust to especially at night and I didn't understand the glass table at the end of the bed. Webs under heating units and living room shelving can easily be taken care of. Thank you for our stay in Narragansett.
