About this house rental
Newly renovated home in Bonnet Shores including both kitchen updates and second floor bathroom updates along with new paint and furniture - new photos coming soon!
The house has an attached in-law style private master suite on the first level with separate kitchen, living room and entrance, for a total of two kitchens, an additional family room, as well as a generous enclosed sun-room for easy summer living! Central air conditioning throughout the home to keep you cool on those wam summer days. Outdoor living space includes one porch with picnic table and another with 2 chairs and umbrella. Walk to Kelly Beach in 8-10 minutes.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

We enjoyed our stay on Treasure Road in walking distance to the beaches. The house was very comfortable for all.
We had beautiful weather with lunches by the ocean in Narragansett and Westerly. The property management company was very attentive.

We loved the house for our family vacation. We had a total of 8 adults coming and going all week. The house was plenty large enough. Having the in/law suite was great for my son and his girlfriend.
The walk to the beach was longer than expected. A good 12-15 minutes depending on how much beach stuff you bring with you. The good thing is, since there isn’t any beach parking that you can drop off chairs etc and not worry about anyone taking anything. Very nice beach. Larger than we expected. The one suggestion I have is to replace the mattress in the bedroom that is off of the dining room. Not comfortable at all. Having a larger outside patio would be nice. Maybe with a fire pit. Otherwise the house was great.

We loved the house - excellent kitchen and baths, and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate us. We did wish there was a better outdoor space for relaxing with a cup of coffee or cocktail, though.
Lila delman’s fees and service left us wanting something better. Substantial fees on top of listing yet we had a late check-in time, early check-out time, abrupt emails with lists of our expectations and possible fees, and very little in the way of “welcome to Bonnet, We know you’ve saved for this trip, how can we help you?” Etc. Left us with a sour taste.
