This summer you can plan to kick back and relax in this spacious four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home with all of your family and friends! There is room for everyone in the three story vacation rental! This home is beautifully up to date! It features an open concept layout on the main level. Perfect for entertaining and making memories with loved ones. Expect all new living furniture and additional seating/ lounge area! Retractable baby gates will be added to both staircases on the main level.
The lower level will be a perfectly equipped family friendly space with a TV and games for the kids to enjoy!
Begin your mornings or end your days in the lush backyard with a patio table and umbrella for outdoor dining! A grill is provided for BBQ's with family and friends.
Located in desirable Bonnet Shores neighborhood--with access to a beautiful private beach called Kelly Beach (one of RI's best kept secrets!) that has gentle waves--perfect for kids!
You are conveniently located near some of Rhode Island's best restaurants, awesome water sports, hottest nightlife are just minutes away. And for convenience - amenities: banks, pharmacies, shopping centers, and grocery stores are around the corner. Quick access to Newport, Jamestown, Wickford; 40 minutes to Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, Providence. Can't ask for more when vacationing!

Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will be delivered to your rental's doorstep in a large linen bag. Each item is individually packaged in plastic to ensure you receive a fresh set for your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for making the beds. This is an intentional part of our process to provide reassurance around the cleanliness and handling of your linens.
For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. We kindly ask that you plan to bring any additional supplies needed beyond these starter items.

We loved our stay at BLT. We walked to the beach and appreciated the sand toys and wagon that were provided. The place was comfortable for our family and had nice add-ons for a baby- booster seat and baby gates. Would definitely recommend!

The home is situated in a lovely, quiet, waterside community with a private beach. We enjoyed walking by the water everyday! The home is 3 levels, which we were surprised about, and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking tools. The garage was stocked with beach and sport equipment. The overall cleanliness of the house was not great, found crumbs in the couch, cabinet interiors and kitchen staples that needed cleaning. The rental agency and the owner were very responsive to texts and the owner was so helpful in telling us where extra towels were located when we didn’t receive the amount that was indicated on the bin. Unfortunately, though, it did take days for the rental agency’s maintenance crew to come to the house when we reported an issue that needed to be fixed, as well as, a very big carpenter ant issue. We understand there was nothing really on the spot that would have gotten rid of the ants but considering how many there were we are assuming this didn’t just start when we got there and should be or should have been addressed with an exterminator. Overall, we did have a great week. The house had everything our large family needed and the community was amazing.
