Very close to abereiddy bay (blue lagoon). multiple toilets + baths and a shower. Kitchen has all the needed tools and utensils, came in very handy.
I accidentally dropped my phone behind the headboard of the bed and saw lots of dirt under the bed and around the edges and corners of all the rooms as well as the kitchen and communal area. Could do with some deep clean. Kitchen bit too small for 3 bed accommodation. Fridge temperature was too cold, the cold damaged our items in the fridge. One of the bath in the corridor tap works fine but the shower head did not work during our stay, luckily there was a spare bathroom which came in handy.

The accommodation is in a great location very near the coast. It is a short walk across the fields to Abereiddy Bay. The area is lovely and quiet - there is no background hum of traffic and we heard virtually nothing from the people staying at the campsite next to the property.
There is plenty of on-site parking which was great as we had 3 cars.
The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable
We had real difficulty in contacting the owners when there was a problem. For some reason they had changed their phone number without leaving details of their new new number anywhere.
Some rooms in the accommodation are rather tired and are in need of a makeover.
The kitchen is rather too cramped to cook a main meal for a large group
